As you all may know, the Perrywood pool was in desperate need of extensive renovations in order to have a safe and successful opening for the 2022 season. The contracted pool company has made tremendous progress over the last month and they are nearing completion. They have informed management that due to a delay in construction material needed to pass county inspection, there will be a slight delay in opening. Management will update the community immediately upon completion of the pool construction. We realize this result isn’t optimal and apologize for any inconvenience.
