Board Meetings:

The board typically meets once a month via zoom. Zoom links and meeting info will be posted to TownSq and in the upcoming events section of the calendar on this site.

Trash Rules, Schedule, and General Info:

Bates Trash, Trash is picked up every Friday morning. Garbage cans and bins may not be put out before 6pm on the night before pick-up. Following pick-up, garbage cans or bins should be removed by 6pm the evening of pick-up and placed out of street view.

Weekly curbside collection of yard trim/waste is collected year-round on Mondays only. Yard Waste includes grass clipping, leaves, small branches, brush and Christmas Trees.

Trash pick-up does not include bulk items. Bulk items must be scheduled directly with County Click.

Towing and Recovery:

Noncomplying vehicles are subject to towing without further notice. Vehicle operators have a duty to comply with Perrywood’s Rules and Regulations which does not allow parking in Fire Lanes, Altered/permit and tags, handicapped parking, tow away zones (yellow curbs) and grass parking.  Please see Appendix IV: Vehicle Resolution Policy: Revised September 2012 for more details.

If your vehicle has been towed from Perrywood’s Private Property (townhome sections), please contact LNM Towing and Recovery at  301-631-4510 located on 9800 Fallard Court #24, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. You will be responsible for any fees incurred.

If your vehicle has been towed from a County Road (single-family sections), please contact CountyClick 3-1-1 or Prince George’s County Tow Inquiry Program’s website at http://towinquiry.princegeorgescountymd.gov/ . You will need to know the Tag Number and State of Tag or the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) of your vehicle. You will be responsible for any fees incurred.
